Mauri Bros. £1.5m Bid
(N.ZJ’.A.-Reuter—Copyright) SYDNEY, September 18i Mauri Bros, and Thompson. Ltd., has bid more than £1.500.000 for Pick-Me-Up Food Products, Ltd., it was announced today. The offer is 10 Mauri Bros. 5s fully paid shares for tine P.M.U. 20s share. Each P.M.U. share is worth the equivalent of £8 15s based on the last sale price ol Mauri at 17s 6d. A -sale today before the announcement was £7 for a P.M.U. share.
Directors of Mauri say that 50 per cent, of P.M.U. shareholders have already accepted the offer.
