The fltat New Zealander to complete 40 years’ service with Caltex Oil (N.Z ). Ltd , is Mr H. E. McDougall, advertising and public relations manager. Mr McDougall joined the Texas Company (Aaat), Ltd. (predecessor of Caltex) as an office junior In Wellington in 1921. At the annual presentation of service awards in Wellington. the managing director (Mr H. A. Hansen) presented Mr McDougall with a gold pin with three diamonds inset--the company * 40-year service emblem. Mr Hansen also handed him a gold wrist watch for Mr* McDougall
