Two-Stroke Win To K. D. Foxton
The Canterbury Freyberg Rosebowl player. K. D. Fox ton, of Russley, won the Ellesmere open golf tournament at Leeston yesterday, by two strokes from E. H. Richards. It was Foxton’s second open tournament win in succession. Last week-end Foxton won the Waimairi Beach club’s tournament. Results:— Senior.—K. Foxton. 73. 76 149; E. H. Richards 74. 77—151.
