Big Interest In H. W. Clarke (N.Z P. A.-Reuter—CopyrigM) MELBOURNE, Sept. 15. Email, Ltd.. electrical appliance manufacturer, is expanding its activities In New Zealand, the Melbourne ’Age” reported today. It has acauired a “substantial" interest in H W Clarke (N.Z.), Ltd., the newspaper said. It has also acquired a wholly-owned subsidiary of H. W. Clarke. The interest was acquired by an issue of Email shares and the taking up, for cash, of an additional £50.000 in capital. , Refrigeration H. W Clarke sells electrical appliances and supplies commercial refrigeration and airconditioning equipment. The company was established in 1928 and has offices in most New Zealand cities It holds the New Zealand sales distribution franchise of Westinghouse Electric International Company. Email holds the Westinghouse manufacturing rights in New Zealand.
