Mr Hanan's Stand Commended
(NX Press Association; PALMERSTON N., Sept 15. Unanimously, the Presbytery of Manawatu, at its monthly meeting, decided to write to the Minister of Justice (Mr Hinen) commending him >r his stand on the abolition ‘of capital punishment The Presbytery assured him of its support and its prayers as the Crime Bill is discussed in Parliament.
