Man Remanded For Sentenee
A man was further remanded in custody to September 6 for sentence when he appeared in the Supreme Court yesterday before Mr Justice Richmond on two charges of committing grossly indecent ac*s, and one charge of indecent assault on a male, at Tunaru, between May 30 and August 13. The accused, who was granted interim suppression of his name, had been committed to the Supreme Court for sentence from the Magistrate's Court in Timaru. Decree Nisi Granted.—A decree nisi on the ground of separation has been granted Shirley Helen Fer- 1 guson. of Wellington (Mr J. A. Brethertoni against Angus Ross . Fejguson. of Christcrjurch, a Carpet layer, in a divorce petition heard before Mr Justice Richmond in the Supreme Court.
