S.A. Dairy Surplus.— The South African Dairy Board will export a surplus of 24 million H> of butter and eight million lb of cheese to the London market, according to the “Daily Telegraph.” A board spokesman in Cape Town said favourable climatic conditions had increased production greatly.—l (London, Augtsdt 31.) jl
