F ountainhead Impressive
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY, August 31. 'The New Zealand sprinter. Fountainhead, whose recent gallops at Randwick haMP been outstanding, again ran a splendid trial on a heavy track today. He worked at Randwick on the course proper with the flags out 80ft. Fountainhead has been entered for the Flying Handicap at Canterbury next Saturday, and will have a new rider, W. Carrier. Camer rode him in today’s track work ,in which he set the standard for three furlongs when he covered the distance in 38isec, half a second faster than the next best.
