(N.Z PA.-Reuter—Copyright) THE HAGUE, August 22. The New Zealand chess player, J. R. Phillipa, drew his adjourned game with Smith (Great Britain) in the first round of the world chess youth championship at The Hague today. Phillips was playing in the first qualification group of the championship.
