N.Z. MUTTON FOR SWEDEN
Small Amount Shipped -The Press" Special Service DUNEDIN, August 23. A small consignment of Otago mutton is being shipped to Sweden in the Port Phillip by the New Zealand Refrigerating Company, Burnside. on behalf of another meat exporting company which aims at expanding the market for New Zealand meat In the six months to April this year. Sweden imported 86 tons of New Zealand lamb and mutton. The Port Phillip, which is sailing in the recently introduced African-United Kingdom service, has Otago meat and meat products for six destinations. She has lamb carcasses and pre-cut lamb for London, precut lamb for Lagos, Nigeria, mutton for Gothenburg, Sweden, casings for Hamburg, tallow for Durban and tallow for Portugal
