Brambles Ind. Sell Kelly And Lewis
Brambles Industries, Ltd., has sold for cash one of its subsidiaries, Kelly and Lewis Pty,, Ltd., to Mather and Piatt, Ltd., of Manchester, England. Kelly and Lewis, engineer, of Springvale, Victoria, and formerly listed in Sydney and Melbourne, was taken over by Brambles early last year on a share exchange basis. Mather and Platt, Ltd., engineer, will introduce into Kelly and Lewis its range of pump, electrical and food machinery products.
