Lyttelton Congestion

For the fourth working night in succession, there was a ban on the over-time discharge of cargo at Lyttelton last evening, due to the shortage of railway waggons, and of labour. Several large vessels with cargo to discharge are expected to arrive at Lyttelton in the next few days, which must aggravate toe present congestion. The only bright prospect is the continued good weather over the last few days.
