Power Construction, Ltd.. ■ will ■ continue to operate as ‘ a separate entity with Mr H. J. Koerbin, the present ’ general manager, and Mr A. , E. Burnette as production ; manager. ’ As part of the purchase price of the shares the venJ dors have been allotted out ; of the unissued share capi- ’ tai 40,000 ordinary shares in Cory-Wrigiht and Salmon, Ltd. These shares will parr ticipate in the forthcoming , bonus issue.
