Engineering Society Dinner The University of Canterbury was particularly proud of its school of engineering and the standard of engineer it was producing, said the Chancellor of the university (Mr C. H. Perkins) last evenMr Perkins was proposing a toast to “The Profession” at the annual dinner of the Engineering Society of the university’s School of Engineering. In addition to the special guests, more than 200 engineering students attended.
