THREW BOTTLE FROM CAR A fine of £7 was imposed on John Arthur Henry, on a charge of throwing a bottle, from the car he was driving, in the path of another vehicle, on the Summit road on the evening of April 16. Henry did not appear. NOXIOUS WEEDS Charges of failure to clear their respective properties of noxious weeds against George Allan Smith and Emily Elizabeath Scott were adjourned for two months to give them an opportunity of clearing their properties. TRAFFIC OFFENCES On traffic offences, offenders were convicted and fines imposed as follows: No warrant of fitness: Tehau Keith, £3; Richard James Anderson, £2. Failing to produce driver’s licence: Tehau Keith, costs only. Driving a motor-vehicle without proper licence: Tehau Keith, £2. Driving without due care: John Warren Huxford. £5.
