NEW HAIR STYLES—WEST AND EAST.—Hair styles have grown taller in Paris. Side fullness has gone. Two French models, top left and right, show versions of a new line they wore recently for presenting clothes by Pierre Cardin. The Japanese Hairdressing Association recently showed, in Tokyo, new coiffures for the summer of 1961. Bottom left is a flat-topped style for wearing with a brocade bow for evening. Bottom right is a new line designed to go with kimonos.
