Most Roads Now Clear
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, August 8. Almost all storm-blocked roads throughout the North Island were clear, but only essential traffic was being allowed through the par-tially-cleared slip on the No: 1 State highway, the Automobile Association reported tonight. All roads and rail lines should be completely cleared tomorrow.
