Company For Seal
The Old Girl, the Auckland Zoo’s veteran sea-lion, has been joined by three companions, Sailor, Nellie, and Rosie. The sea-lions came on the Matson freighter Sierra from the Santa Barbara sealion zoo, California. Formerly they lived on choice frozen mackerel; now they will be fed on sprats.
