N.Z. Manager To Retire Mr J. A. Kerr, who has been managing director of the de Havilland Aircraft Company of New Zealand, Ltd., since 1945, will retire later this year. He will be succeeded by Mr J. Lorenta, general manager of Hawker

de Havilland Proprietary, Ud., South Africa, and managing director of the company's subsidiary. Ardrox Chemicals Proprietary, Ltd. Mr Kerr will remain on the board of directors and win also act as a consultant to assist and advise the company, which now represents all Hawker Siddeley Aviation interests in New Zealand. From 1940 until the end of the war Mr Kerr was test pilot and service manager of the Australian de Havilland Company.
