(Parliamentary Reporter) WELLINGTON, July 13. ‘‘lncreased overseas borrowing will assist the the current position, but can only provide shortterm relief while internal adjustments are taking place.” says the Economic Survey in discussing New Zealand's balance-of-payments difficulties. “The availability of long-term capital from the World Bank could provide a valuable contribution to New Zealand’s future economic development,” says another section of tbe survey.
