Wool Outlook Bright
(N X.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) MELBOURNE, July 13. The strong tone at the end of the 1960-61 Australian wool selling season this week aroused optimism for buoyancy when the 1961-62 sales open at the end of August, the wool expert of the Melbourne “Herald,” wrote today. He said the season had closed in “excellent spirit.” Two outstanding features of the season were the sharp increase in buying by the Japanese and the decline in British interest.
