Injunction On Unions <N .2 .P.A - Reut er—Copy rtght) NEW YORK, July 10 United States Federal Judge Silvester J. Ryan, today granted the Government an 80-day Taft-Hartley law injunction against renewal of the national maritime strike. The order prevents any further strike activity by five seamen's unions before September 21, the Associated Press reported. Judge Ryan dated the start of the 80-day cooling off period from last Monday, when he originally ended the 18-day strike with a restraining order.
