GOWN ON FIRE
Woman Dies ffiZ Press Association; AUCKLAND. July 1 A woman died when her dressing gown caught alight at her home in Onehunga this evening. She was: Elisabeth Harriet Bishop, aged 61, a widow. Police said it was believed Mrs Bishop was sitting in front of an open fire reading a newspaper when sh dosed off The paper caught alight and set her dressing gown on fire.
