(NZ.P.A-Rexter—Copyright) MELBOURNE, June 23. The appeals of the owners. Messrs J. F. Corry. H. E. Taylor and H. V. Priest, and the jockey. B. Jenkins, against their disqualifications in the Exaudi doping ease, were upheld by the South Western District Racing Association today. The disqualification of the horse was also lifted. The hearing of the appeal lasted only 30 minutes. Earlier, the trainer. L Cole, who did not appeal against his seven-year disqualification. made a statement to the chief stipendiary steward admitting sole responsibility for the doping of the horse on May 3 and May 4.
