New Disarmament Talks Proposed

(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) NEW YORK, June 13. The Soviet Union and the United States will start talks in Washington next Monday aimed at setting up another round of disarmament negotiations, the Associated Press reported. Western officials, disclosing this today at the United Nations, said the Soviet Deputy Foreign Minister (Mr Valerian Zorin) and the Director of the United States Disarmament Administration (Mr John McCloy) would meet at the State Department.
