Tickets On Sale At Park
There were still plenty of embankment tickets available for the match between England and Canterbury at English Park this afternoon, said the president of the Canterbury Football Association (Mr J. Smith) yesterday. Admission to the ground for this match will be by ticket only, and the ticket offices at the ground will be open at 9 a.m. The gates to the embankment, enclosure, and stand will open at noon. The cur-tain-raiser between the first elevens of Linwood High School and the Shirley Boys’ High School will start at 12.30 p.m. and the international match will start (.at 2.30 p.m.
