Holmburn Enters Dry Dock After discharging cattle oni her arrival from the Chatham Islands on Sunday evening, j the Hoknburn has entered I dry dock at Lyttelton for! cleaning and pointing. All cattle pen fittings will; be removed, and the holds cleaned and painted before the ship resumes coastal trade. Since Januiary. the Holmburn has brought about 20.000 sheen and 400 cattle from the Chathatns to Lyttelton, as well as wool and passengers. Besides the .annual ferry-! ing of livestock, the Holm-! burn services the islands with stores and general < cargo about every eight; weeks. CHRISTCHURCH .
