MOSCOW. May 28 The Soviet Rowing Federation will send last year’s Russian champions to represent them at this year's Henlev and Lucerne regattas The powerful Navy eight will be at Henley and so will the coxless four of Leningrad engineers which won a bronze medal in Rome. Berkhutov and Chukalov, silver medallists in the double sculls at Rome, will again be in action, but Russia's entry for the single sculls is still undecided
