Four Sections At Cashmere Sold

Only three of 14 sections in Kidson terrace, Cashmere, offered at auction last evening were sold. They brought £4295. A fourth was sold privately before the auction for £l2OO. The sections were offered on account of Mrs M. Patchet.

Bidding for lot 3 was brisk It began at £lOOO and rose in three £5O b’fis. four £25 bids, eighteen £lO bids, and thirteen £5 bids to £1495. Lot 2 sold for £1350. The bidding started at £ 1200 and rose in two £5O bids and two £25 bids. Bidding for lot 13 started at £l2OO and rose in four £5O bids and two £25 bids to £1450.

Lot 1 was passed in at £l3OO. lot 5 at £1075. lot 7 at £llOO. lot 14 at £1250, and lot 8 at £ll5O. There were no bids for lots 6,9, 10, 12 and 15.
