There was good inquiry for moderate patchings of NewZealand lamb after the Whitsun holiday at prices about a farthing easier than last week on Smithfield market this week, according to the New Zealand Meat Producers' Board market information service. * There were light supplies of New Zealand mutton. Wethers sold Id. down at Hid to Mid a lb, while ewes lost id to 9d to ISid a lb. New Zealand beef was not quoted.
