Course To Begin In City Today

A school for voluntary organisers of the Country Women’s Institute will be held in Christchurch today and tomorrow.

A voluntary organiser opens new institutes, and instructs Women’s Institute officers in the smooth and efficient conduct of their business meetings. Mrs J. Barker, of the Dominion federation, will instruct voluntary organisers and executive members of Canterbury, East, and North Canterbury in how to use their handbook and how to help in any con- : tingency that might arise.
