CHEVIOT RABBIT BOARD NOTICE OF INTENTION TO STRIKE RATE I NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVE? that under the provisions o Sections 64 to 89 of the Rabbits ' Act. 1955, and Section 54 of the Rating Act. 1928. it Is hereby publicly notified that it is the Intention of the Cheviot Rabbit Board, at an ordinary meeting •of the board, to be held at 1030 sun. at Cheviot on lune 20. 1951. to make and levy a rate of fourpence (4d) per acre | upon the acreage of all rateable property appearing in the Ratepayers’ List, and Valuation Roll for the period April I, 1961. ,to March 31. 1962. ! The Valuation Roll and Ratepayers’ List are open for Inspection during office hours. ■ It is hereby further publicly ■notified that the whole of the i above mentioned rates will become due and payable in one sum at the Board’s Office, Smith.
