Hoon Hay Road Lighting
The lighting in Hoon Hay road bad been brought up to the present standard for Christchurch suburban streets about three or four years ago, and the traffic was not as heavy as on ■ number of other suburban streets with the same standard, said the electricity committee reporting to the City Council last evening on a request for an improvement to the lighting of the road.
The council agreed with the committee to instal three
additional lamps in places where there are three spans between lamps.
