DUMPING OF BUTTER

New Zealand and Australian delegates to the International Federation of Agriculture are expected to ask for an investigation of the dumping of cheap butter in Britain by some European countries.
The federation, which is I holding its 12th conference I m Dubrovnik, will hear complaints that New Zealand and I Australian sales in Britain [have been affected by sudden price fluctuations because of dumping. Delegates may ask the conference to consider setting up an intergovernmental body to coordinate marketing of butter in Britain to ensure stable prices. About 150 delegates from 29 countries are attending the conference, which will last until May 24.
