A two-bedroom bungalow at 57 Cobham street, Spreydon, was sold at auction on Tuesday for £3400. The house, offered on account of the estate of W. Flint, stands on a section of onp acre and a quarter. Bidding started at £2500 and rose in £lOO bids to £3300 and then in bids of £5O.
A three-bedroom brick home at 670 Barbadoes street, St. Albans, offered on account of the estate of E. Broofcfield, was sold at auction for £ 1600. A house at 31 Buccleugh street, Linwood, was sold at auction for £2040. It has three bedrooms and was offered on account of the estate of H. N. Ancell.
