Qualifications: — This position should be of Interest to executives with a first class record in work at a responsible level. It is not suited to men without administrative experience of the managerial nature. However, it would suit a fairly young man, 30 or in the early 40's, who has already used his years in industry or commerce to advantage. He must be prepared to give himself intensively to the job, for the promising future we envisage will depend largely on his energy, skill in leadership, management and ability to accept growing and complex responsibilities.
