N.Z. LEAGUE OF MOTHERS
Executive Meeting In Wellington
The Dominion executive of the League of Mothers will meet in Wellington today and tomorrow. The Dominion president (Mrs W. Grant), of Christchurch, will preside, and the Dominion secretary (Mrs H. C. L. Pruden) and the Dominion treasurer (Mrs Geo. Martin), also of Christchurch. will attend.
Presidents from the provinces of Auckland. South Auckland. Canterbury, HuttWairarapa. Otago. Southland. Taranaki and Wellington will be present.
Delegates from Canterbury will be Mesdames W. H. Harvey and D. G. McFadden Time will be given for discussions on the league's work of preserving a high standard of home and family life, and plans will be discussed for the Dominion council meeting to be held in New Plymouth in September.
