Robert Kennedy’s Plan (N.Z.P.A .-Reuter—Copyright) ATHENS (Georgia). May 7. The United States Attorney-General (Mr Robert Kennedy) said yesterday he was going to work to stamp out racial discrimination wherever he found it. The Attorney-General said there had been a great deal of hypocrisy, both North and South, in the handling of racial problems in the United States. He was critical of financial leaders who deplored dis-' crimination in the South, but belonged to institutions where no negroes or Jews were allowed. He also criticised union officials who deplored discrimination in the Southern States and yet practised it within their unions.
