TEENS FOR CHRIST CAMPAIGN

Young Persons’ Scheme

With the aim of helping to preach the gospel to the young people in their district, a group of nine young Christchurch persona representing several Protestant denominations will this month hold a "Teens for Christ” campaign at the Mount Pleasant Community Centre.

To be held on three successive evenings of May 26, 27 and 28. the programmes will include lectures, discussions, and instrumental items presented by the members of the groups, none of whom is older than 23.

Although the group has organised the programme without professional help, some older church members hcve been invited to take part These will include the Rev. L. V. Willing, of the Shirley Methodist Church. Local churches in the Sum-ner-Mount Pleasant district are also giving their support.
