Man Killed When Car Hits Bank

(N.Z. Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, May 8. A 23 - year - old New Plymouth car dealer was killed in a motor accident near Mahoenui, on the New Plymouth-Te Kuiti highway, at 7.30 p.m. today. He was Robin Terry Schlnckel, of 20 Mount View place.

Mr Schinckel was . travelling north when the car struck a bank about 14 miles north of Awakino. The vehicle ran across the road and caught fire.

A class in elementary electrical wiring is to be held at Christchurch Technical College. Approval for the class was received from the Education Department at a meeting of the board of managers of the college last evening. The class will be held during the afternoons, and an officer of the Municipal Electricity Department will conduct it.
