REFORMED CHURCHES
Another Leaves World Council
(N.Z.P.A -Reuter—Copyright) PRETORIA, April 11. The Nederduits Gereformeerde Kerk of Transvaal, the biggest of the three Dutch Reformed Churches in South Africa, decided yesterday to resign immediately from the World Council of Churches.
The decision was taken after lengthy discussion of resolutions passed at a World Council of Churches confer-
ence in Johannesburg last December which criticised the South African Government’s apartheid policy. The Hervormde Kerk, the smallest of the three Dutch Reformed Churches in South Africa, resigned from the World Council of Churches last month.
