The two British girl models are both typically English looking, yet very different Jean Clarke, who combines modelling with films and television, is blonde with Urge grey eyes. With her goes Stella Grove, picked to contrast with Jean’s fairness Tall and slim, she has dark brown hair and blue eyes. Tony Newton is the only male model The other models will all be Russian, members of the House of Models in Moscow where the show will be held. Two six-year-old children, a boy and a girl, will also appear. An audience of 300 is expected to attend each fashion parade. Among them will be Russian Government officials and their wives, and members from all sections of
the Russian textile trade, including buyers for the various buying organisations throughout Russia. In Sokolniki Park a further exhibit of terylene fashions and fabrics will be featured, with the two British girls modelling on the stand on the opening days. Terylene has also been chosen as one of the major British inventions to be featured on the British Government Stand.
