T.A.B. FIGURE £105,735
The Totalisator Agency Board handled a total of £105,735 on yesterday’s racing and trotting meetings, compared with £109,943 on the corresponding day last year. There were four meetings last year. Yesterday’s figure was made up of £ 2,718 10s in win and place bets and £43,016 10s on doubles. Details:— Hawera On-course: £30,034 10s, up £lOBO 10s. Off-eourse: £13,626 15s, up £3214 15s. Riccarton On-course: £33,155 10s, down £BBOB 10s. Off-eourse: £73,259, up £25,136 10s. Riverton On-course: £48.712, down £7390. Off-course: £18,849 ss. up £4736 10s. Off-eourse Substitutes Hawera: Flying Note. No off-course substitutes were required for Riccarton and Riverton.
