Stack was represented by Mr G. R. Lascelles. Senior-Sergeant G. M. Cleary opposed bail. Robert James Boyce, aged 17, was remanded on bail to April 13 on a charge of theft 1 on March 31. UNLAWFULLY IN YARD ! Paul Maxwell Parker, aged; 19, a workman, was fined £2: and John David Fahey, aged! 19, truck driver’s assistant. who had a previous canvic-j tion. was fined £lO when] they pleaded guilty to being! unlawfully in the yard off G. H. Woods, Ltd., 39 Ferry j road, early on Saturday! morning.

H. Woods, Ltd. FINED £5 John Michael Kirwin, aged 19. a timber stacker, was fined £2 for behaving in a disorderly manner in Ferry road on Saturday morning DRUNKENNESS Lawrence McKennan, aged 35. a workman, was fined £1 for a second offence of drunkenness within the last six months.
