Christchurch West v. Greymouth Tech. (From Our Own Reporter) GREYMOUTH. March 29. Christchurch West and the Greymouth Technical High Schools played their annual tennis. softball and cricket matches at the Recreation Ground, Greymouth, on Tuesday. Greymouth won the softball and tennis, but was hard pressed to win the cricket. The visitors were successful in winning only one of the 12 tennis sets. This wag in the singles, when Miss P. Woolhouse defeated Miss J. Macduff. 9-6. Elaine Ogilvie won her match in great fashion by 9-0. The Greymouth softballers were in fine form, winning 34-7. The local cricketers managed to gain victory by three runs on the first innings.
