TAXATION BOARD
First Sitting Next Week
(From Our Own Reporter) WELLINGTON, March 31. The new Taxation Board of Review will begin work in Wellington on Wednesday It has secured offices in Shell House, on The Terrace, and will face a file of cases which have accrued since late last year. The chairman, Mr W. H Carson, S.M., who completed his magisterial duties on Thursday afternoon, said today that the board was not yet proposing to sit in other centres.

There is provision in law for further such boards in New Zealand. This was unlikely to be done until the volume of work grew and principles had been established, Mr Carson said tonight
