DUNEDIN HOTEL PURCHASED
New Licensee For Roval Albert "The Press" Special Service DUNEDIN, March 27. The Royal Albert Hotel, on the corner of London and George streets, Dunedin, has been purchased by the licensee of the Dunedin Law Courts Hotel, Mr E H Young. Mr Young, who has been In the Law Courts Hotel for the last five years, has purchased the hotel from Mr H. M. Allan, owner of the hotel for 33 years.
Mr Young said his lease of the Law Courts Hotel expired m November, and his application last year for renewal of the licence was not granted because the owner was trying to sell the hotel. S
