Cuban Attack Feared

NEW YORK March 20

Guatemala has told the United Nations General Assembly it is about to be attacked militarily by the Cuban Government of Dr. Fidel Castro.

The Guatemala delegate. Mr A. Alejos, was replying to a letter from the Cuban Foreign Minister, Dr. Raul Roa, circulated to the Assembly last week, accusing the new United States Administration of intensifying a campaign to depose the Castro regime. Dr. Roa called Guatemala a satellite of the United States and said Guatemalan territory was being used as a preparation point for a United States invasion.

Mr Alejos said that every statement issued by Dr. Roa’s Ministry and other Cuban leaders had been “an outright lie.” He recalled events in Cuba last January when Dr. Castro put the entire nation on the alert against a United States invasioi|.
