Four young persons were injured and admitted to Palmerston North Hospital after a crash between a car and a light truck at Papafawa. five miles north of Woodville, on the main Wel-lington-Napier highway, at 3.30 a.m. yesterday. They were Lock Parlane, aged 22, of Palmerston North, the driver of the car. who suffered concussion: Elizabeth Denham, aged 21, a nurse. of Palmc-pton North. concussion; Helen Powell, aged 20. a nurse, of Palmerston North, concussion: and Anne McDonnell, aged 20. a nurse, of Palmerston North, concussion.

The car finished upside down in a ditch on the roadside and the truck, an old model. was completely wrecked.
