Attempt To Arrange Tour By Chinese
(N.Z Press Association) WELLINGTON, March 19. An attempt u T as being made to get a Hong Kong Chinese team to tour New Zealand next season, the treasurer (Mr J Cowie) said at the New' Zealand Football Association annual meeting. “But the Chinese association just does not answer any correspondence—it seems an old Chinese custom.’’ he said A council member (Mr j. Meltzer) was going overseas soon and try to arrange something.
